Animal Law
Animal law is a rapidly growing area of law and involves everything from statutory provisions pertaining to owner responsibility to case law involving pets, exotic animals, farm animals, even wildlife. Animal law is my expertise. We are zealous advocate for owners and their pets, and understand the unique nature of animals in the eyes of the law. We are members and hold leadership positions on the American Bar Association’s Animal Law Committee, we have organized and regularly speak at myriad conferences and continuing education seminars for attorneys regarding animal law, have authored several articles on animal law in bar journals and newsletters, and we are frequent speakers on animal law topics.
